Devin Herz has been on a mission for 25+ years to help businesses succeed.  As a child, Devin got to see the ins and outs of running a business because his Father owned 7 successful retail stores and his Mother runs a Luxury Real Estate company in Boca Raton. He quickly noticed the power that marketing combined with superior service made those businesses thrive.

 

Working with the New York Yankees in the mid 90’s he experienced and studied how one of the most powerful sports teams and “The Boss” George Steinbrenner ran their historic franchise.

 

Devin’s career in marketing started in 1995 as a college sophomore when he and his great friend founded a company that orchestrated events and concerts growing to be one of Tampa’s largest event marketing companies at that time.  He and his business partner’s ability to create unique marketing materials, use of guerilla marketing tactics, and the ability to evolve, drove thousands of people to their events for 8 straight years.

 

Between his deep knowledge of running successful businesses, he is also well versed in direct response marketing, creating eye-grabbing designs, print, direct mail, and social. media.

 

With the ever-changing world of marketing, Devin has assembled a team of marketing superheroes, including his wonderful wife, Jen Herz, to help you stay ahead of the curve and crush your competition.

I needed to find a direct marketing expert that understood how to create and fulfill high impact direct mail campaigns that would produce a solid response. I didn’t feel that I had the time to do this well and didn’t want to mess around trying stuff on my own. Finding the time to create a direct mail campaign was holding me back and the thought of trying to fulfill it as well was a big turn off. But having a team like DMC available to do this for me is awesome! From this campaign, we received a direct 5% response and an additional 3% from follow-up on the phone. And from those initial 5 direct response leads, we received 2 new consulting deals, adding $15,000/month ($180k/year) to our top line revenue from a $3,000 mailing! We aren’t done yet, we have 2 more leads from this campaign that should be signing up any day now. Needless to stay, we are sending out our next 3 step drop this month and will be continuing on with DMC for many months to come.

My lack of understanding of what DMC could do for me kept me from engaging a year earlier. I didn’t really have the understanding of what was available through the Mastery Program, for example; that you could become my outsourced marketing department. Business owners today, I don’t know if there are enough of them who realize that you gotta keep in touch with your customers. Email is overdone. Postcards and newsletters are a great way to do that. I actually think the Minizine is so unique. It gets it done. I was hesitant to let you do it at first. I used to want to write all my own newsletters. But I didn’t want to do that anymore. As it turns out, there really isn’t that much work for me now.

We wanted consistent branding and wanted our marketing pieces to be more consistent: Both time-wise, to save us internal time, and then for the pieces to coordinate with each other. A big part of that was our new branding; that was one of the first things you did and it looks great! I like the creativity. When I get to do a new project and we get to talk about creative and what it means and what we want to get across. It’s fun to go back and forth with their ideas and see what they come up with. And I don’t have to do the work! They also come back with many suggestions. So I can tell them what I’m thinking and DMC will give me great ideas. Maybe even some things I hadn’t thought of. I think they are professional. They’re focused. They are very time efficient- turn around projects very quickly. I also think they are very personable. So even though they are in Florida (and aren’t Texans), I think they are great people!

DMC was responsible for creatively branding our special event graphic designs for everything from the first Kick Off Party invitation down to the red carpet signage and paparzzi wall on the night of the gala. Our favorite piece they designed was the 70 page event album that was displayed at each guests seat, a beautiful coffee table book that our supporters will all treasure. DMC staff is professional, prompt and very polite throughout every step of the event marketing process. We even received multiple calls from different upper level executives to randomly check that we were satisfied with the level of service being provided by their design staff. I cannot give enough positive feedback about the fantastic work we received from DMC and thank them for their generous marketing donations.

Jen Herz

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jen Herz’s background is in graphic design and e-commerce. She received a full college scholarship in design and 3D animation and continues to share her keen eye for design with the DMC team. Before joining DMC, she created and ran a successful “green” e-commerce company. The company exists today. She developed and built out this endeavor along with her business partner, and the company gained acceptance and notoriety by green consumers throughout the U.S.

 

Her graphic design and 3D Design background has enabled her to have a good “eye” for noticing intricate and detailed needs for DMC client’s campaigns, before production begins. However, her main role with DMC is managing the financial and human resources sides of the business, as well as the production and fulfillment of all client print campaigns. She is the liaison between clients and suppliers and has a hand in each and every project DMC creates. A detail-oriented professional, she excels in these areas of managing DMC’s production.

 

When she’s not involved in the myriad details of the day-to-day operations of DMC, she’s collecting fossils on Florida beaches or going boating with her husband, Devin, and their dog, Miller.es are unmatched!

Joe Rowe

Lead Multimedia Designer

It all started with a microphone… In his early years of creative exploration, Joe was involved in several experimental pop/hip hop groups, performing all over the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. This led to designing flyers and promoting events for his group as well as the other acts. When he decided to take a break from music, he settled into graphic design. At first he focused mainly on large format design, like vehicle graphics and tradeshow displays; but his diverse interests soon took him in other directions. Eager to learn more, he dove head-first into videography and web design at the same time. With websites like Youtube taking the internet by storm, these two focuses seemed fitting.

 

 

Web design is the core of all campaigns and design these days, a spawnpoint, if you will. So this is where his focus and interests lie – right at the center. The ever-changing and evolving science and math of the online realm excites him; and, when mixed with exceptional design, it creates a truly interactive experience. New technology integrated with modern web practices and responsive layouts are key and he keeps his eyes on these trends…as they progress, so shall he.

 

He lives in an oceanfront apartment in Virginia Beach, VA and spends a lot of time outdoors riding his beach cruiser or mountain bike or kicking butt in a Disc Golf league. Music has continued to be a high priority for him but the number #1 thing in his life is his adorable son.

Kaylee Sanford

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Kaylee Sanford is a passionate project management professional with 5 years of demonstrated experience collaborating with agency clients and internal teams to deliver an efficient, compelling, and estimable project experience resulting in the growth of healthy long-term partnerships.

 

She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 and promptly began working at a prestigious advertising agency in the Orlando area. Kaylee’s experience ranges from Business Development to Brand Management allowing her to provide diverse and dynamic project solutions as the Project Director at DMC and PAV.

 

Outside of work you can find her exploring her new city of Dallas, TX – eating street tacos, petting dogs, and enjoy the local breweries.

John Bundy

DIRECT RESPONSE COPYWRITER & MARKETING STRATEGIST

Originally from Long Island, New York, John has been a Designer/Creative Director for the past 20+ years. He has done work for companies such as Peace Frogs in Gloucester, VA, and Organic Avenue in Manhattan, NY.

 

As a Strategist at Dynamic Marketing Consultants (DMC), John Bundy unleashes his passion for design while flexing his creative muscles to create masterpieces for our clients. Seeing a thrilled look on a client’s face as they see their new marketing designs for the first time is one of the greatest feelings for John.

 

While working on his projects, he traditionally enjoys a hot Starbucks Flat White and listening to some classic old-school jazz.

For fun, John can be found with his ladies (his wife and daughters) shopping, watching Star Wars, or producing content for TikTok as @BundyWanKenobi dressed as a Jedi reading the bible. You can also find him hosting the Morning Fuel Podcast, where he interviews local business owners and promotes them and their businesses on social media.
