DMC Privacy Policy

Section 1 – What we do with your information

When you browse our site, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. It also helps us improve the user experience for other users.

Additionally, we sometimes do email marketing and retargeting. With your permission, we may send you information about products, free content, premium content, and special events.

Section 2 – Consent

Whenever you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, verify a credit card, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we assume you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a different reason, like for a newsletter subscription or marketing messages, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking an “unsubscribe” link in a message we sent you or by contacting info@yourdmc.com via email. Also, you can contact us by mail at 4524 Marlin Lane, Palmetto, Fl 34221

Section 3 – Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners, or vendors.

Again, we consider protecting your online privacy a serious matter.

Section 4 – Third Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary so they can perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, like payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.

In particular, certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in different jurisdictions than either you or us. So, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway in the United States, your personal information used in completing the transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our company’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
