For Arizona’s Vision, an eye care center in Phoenix, Arizona, our main focus initially was an overhaul of their branding. After 20+ years in the business, it was time for an update.
The area where they are located, as well as their target market, is current, modern, and upscale. The old branding that looked like it belonged in 1990 was thrown out and a new look was established with sleeker lines and a modern Southwestern color palette.
Because our client was so thrilled with the results of our rebranding efforts, they were soon signed on to our Marketing Mastery system to promote the new look and feel of the company.
Dr. Page’s eye care center offers unique services and products that sets them apart from their competition; and their longstanding position in the community means they have some clients who have been there for a couple decades (one family has even brought 4 generations of patients to the office!).
All of these things made our job that much easier. We implemented our regular Mini-Zines to promote retention and to educate patients about what they could find at the clinic (as well as broader health topics). We re-energized the staff with changes in their internal marketing strategies, sales processes, brochures, and new patient welcome kits. Their renovation of the office is allowing for a grand re-opening party that we are busy promoting to current and potential clients. We are also setting Dr. Page up as an expert by creating a Shook and building his personal presence in the eye care industry.
We are continuing to do a lot of exciting work with Arizona’s Vision and look forward to future growth and success.[/vc_column_text]
